For my Bay Area peeps, this is an old school off the hook, lets party
like it's still 1999 big scary fire art and punk rawk extravaganza,
and if you don't live in Oakland or SF, I suggest you visit.....like

gloriously large industrial doors to celebrate it's new location.

Phat in February!

I know we are all shivering in our timbers, but at least our veins are still pumping black and gold..... (it's a little weird really, we should all get to the doctor if the President is successful in his endeavour to help us all get health care someday) but in any event, I
hope I may sing to you sometime this month!

TONIGHT Thursday Feb 5, 2009!
Phat Man Dee and Olivia Kissel (of Zafira and Vaudeville Carnival) will perform at Pittsburgh's very own Pegasus Lounge. Showtime 10:30, 18+ with i.d. , $3 and yes, you can smoke in the bar. I am having my
hair done by Brittney of Lunsea hair salon this evening, so I do hope you may come and admire her handiwork... I tried to style my own hair once, I ended up bald with pigtails for 10 years, now the professionals handle it.... If you are lucky I might wear my new Dark Gardens corset from San Francisco, I had it laced with gold ribbon to show my Pittsburgh pride. Either way I am debuting fresh new mixes of my songs by Omar Abdul, so do come out if you aren't already booked.

This Sunday Feb 8, 2009 in Petaluma, CA
I will be appearing with the Boiler Bar and the Golden Mean (think giant golden snail a la Dr Doolitte or Jules Verne) at the Lagunanitas
Beer Circus, unfortunately it is SOLD OUT sorry.... if you are already going there, look for me, I'll be with the beautiful dancers (as always, I am such a sucker for a shimmy)

Man Dee, I may be appearing in the spiral arm of the galaxy near you!

Mandee

PS I hear recently that someone thought I was hard to book, for
clarification, please spread the word....I am easy to book. You just
have to pay me something. I am open to just about anything, I have
sung everywhere from the river and sewers of Los Angeles, to the salt
flats of Nevada, to Pittsburgh Opera events at the Benedum. I love
private parties and I love weddings. Brisses I am not so fond of, but
if you got $250 with my name on it, I am so there. If you got $500
I'll even bring a piano player, make it $1000 and I'll bring the band
and we'll go all night long. Easy peasy. I am trying to fund a
movement here, let me help you bend reality so together we can reform
the world to place we want to be.
